You are renting a week in a time-share unit. It is either a one-bedroom unit or a two-bedroom unit. Both include a living room area, dining area, and full kitchen. The units are located in the Grupo Mayan Resorts in Mexico. The locations include: Acapulco, La Jolla de Cortes, Los Cabos, Mazatlan, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, and the Riviera Maya/Cancun.
How to Reserve

Deposit A $300 per week deposit is required to hold your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, your deposit is non-refundable. If your reservation cannot be confirmed, your deposit will be refunded immediately. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. No deposits will be refunded within 35 days of the first day of the reservation week. Reservations made within 35 days of travel are final. In the event of cancellation, your payment (less $300) will be refunded provided it is 35 days or more before the date of arrival. Payment is accepted by money order or cashier’s check. If you wish to use a credit card or Paypal, you would be responsible for an extra 5% to cover their charges. Check-in: Check-in days are Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., however if you arrive earlier, they may have a room available. At best, you can leave your luggage with the concierge and enjoy the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Shuttle Service Service to the airport is available for a minimum cost. Should you require this service, please contact the Concierge a day prior to your departure, before 6:00 p.m. Your Signature for Payments
All guests must open a line of credit upon registering at the lobby. For your security, cash payments will not be accepted in the consumption center. Safety-Deposit Boxes Safety-deposit boxes are available to you and are located in your room, or at the front desk. The resort is not responsible for any loss of valuables not deposited in these boxes. Swimming Pool Area In order to offer you better service, the beds around the pool are assigned around 7:15 a.m. There is a charge for these beds. We recommend not using the beds without a reservation as it could be already assigned causing an inconvenience to you. Please contact the Concierge for this service. Beach Area
Guest satisfaction and comfort is a primary importance to the resort. It is because of this that they are continually working on the beach area, creating artificial reefs to build up sand and in this way eventually allow an easier access to the sea and a splendid beach area for the guests. Riviera Maya/Canun Black Poison Wood Tree It is one of the most common trees found in the Yucatan Peninsula. It contains a highly caustic resin (sap) that can cause a severe to very serious skin irritation, depending on the sensitivity of the person. It is recommended that you DO NOT TOUCH THE TREE. Along the Mexican Caribbean coast dense aggregations of the thimble jellyfish appear every year from late January to early July. the jellyfish occur in three swimming stages, as juveniles or ephyrae, as adults and as larvae or planulae.
